Common questions
How does the markup actually work?
One markup on the gross value of orders you place: 2% on Basic, 1% on Scale, custom on Enterprise. No base fee, no per-user or per-location fees, no minimum. If you choose to batch-pay suppliers through Local Line, consolidated payments adds 0.8% on Basic and 0.4% on Scale. Enterprise rates are custom. Pay any other way and that rate doesn't apply.
Am I locked into a contract?
If you buy less than $25M a year, you're month-to-month. No annual commitment. Buyers over $25M sign annual contracts to lock in custom rates and enterprise support.
What if I don't know how much I'll buy?
Start on Basic. When your volume nears $2M, your rep moves you to Scale and the rate drops. Same platform, same contract, lower rate.
We don't need every feature yet. Can we start smaller?
Yes. Most teams start with a few locations and a narrow supplier set. We'll configure your account to show only the features you're using and switch the rest on as your program grows.
Is there a per-user or per-location fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited locations. Add every buyer, every store, every department — the rate doesn't change.
Is onboarding really free?
Yes. Our team configures your account, sets up locations and approvals, and onboards every supplier you work with. At our cost, on every plan.
How do I pay suppliers?
All plans accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Scale and Enterprise add ACH, wires, and checks. Consolidated payments lets you pay multiple suppliers in one transaction — optional, small rate on top.
Does it work with our ERP or OMS?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise connect to the popular ERP, OMS, and POS platforms — SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, and the common POS stacks. Custom API work is available on Enterprise.
