• When do I get my $300 referral credit?

Your $300 credit is applied to your Local Line subscription the moment the farm or business you referred becomes a paying customer. If they only demo or sign up for a trial, the credit doesn’t trigger. They need to complete their first payment.

• Is there a limit to how many farms I can refer?

No cap. Refer as many farms, food hubs, CPGs, CSAs, or ranchers as you want. Every qualified referral earns you another $200 off your next invoice. Some of our top referrers have earned a year or more of free Local Line.

• Who qualifies as a referral?

Any new-to-Local-Line supplier qualifies: a farm, ranch, food hub, CSA, or local CPG brand. The referred business must not already have a Local Line account. Buyer-side accounts (grocers, restaurants, distributors) aren’t currently part of the referral program.

• Can my referral combine their $300 with other discounts?

The $300 referral credit stacks with most annual-plan discounts, but not with other promotional offers running at the same time. Your onboarding specialist will apply whichever discount is better for the referred farm.

• How do I get my referral link?

Every active Local Line customer has a unique referral link inside their dashboard under Account Settings. Copy it, send it by email, text, or DM. Your credit is tracked automatically when someone signs up through that link.
