  Yes. Local Line supports barcode scanning via mobile device, tablet, or any wired or wireless scanner. • Can I sell weighted products like meat by subscription?
  Yes. Local Line supports variable-weight subscription products. The customer's card is pre-authorized at checkout and only charged after you enter actual packing weights. This eliminates overcharging and awkward refunds. Especially important for meat and seafood subscriptions.
• How much does the Subscriptions feature cost?
  Subscriptions are included in Local Line's Premium ($199/month) and Ultimate ($399/month) plans. On the Core plan ($99/month), Subscriptions are available as an add-on for $24/month. Box Builder is included across all plans. All plans come with a free 7-day trial. No credit card required.
• Can customers skip, pause, or edit their subscription?
  Yes. Customers can edit, skip, or pause their subscription directly from their account, no need to contact you. They can also add one-off items to any upcoming subscription order. You can also manage all of this on their behalf from your Local Line back office.
• Can I update box contents between deliveries?
  Yes. You can update box contents before each delivery cycle — swapping in what's fresh and in season without changing the subscription plan itself. You can also enable "Needs Approval" mode, which lets you review and finalize each box before customers are charged.
